They have done a very poor job regulating drugs and foods, in that they seem to be more concerned about the financial health and well being of the industries that they are supposed to be regulating, than the consumer.<br /><br />And to say nothing of putting politics in front of health...<br /><br />I am hopeful that the Obama administration will clean them up and get them back on track, and provide additional funding. But until then, they should be concentrating on improving the job that they are supposed to be doing.
