H1N1 vaccine is to new to be made mandatory!!!! Nurses should not be penalized for their personal choices. Also, nurses need adequate protective equipment in order to work safely. This is a very serious matter and should not be taken lightly. Continue to encourage strict hand hygiene control for patient and staff safety by all members of the health care team.
